I wash my bras, panties and silk nightwear on the dedicated underwear setting on our machine.

Leave your clothes in the dresser, but take the drawers out if you’re moving yourself. If you’re using professional movers, put big rolls of clingfilm around a couple times and tape it together. That will mean the drawers won’t open in transit and crash and break your drawers, but you don’t need to take all the clothes out of the dresser drawers and move empty space. The biggest tip I would give and I’ve moved about 10 times in the last 20 years, pack the beds last. That means their first off the truck and they can go right into the bedroom and somebody can be setting up beds while other people are pulling the boxes off of the truck.

Emily, I am a 27 single female so i appreciate you have experienced a lot I may never/wont for a while, but anxiety is something i can relate to. We are all different but emotions are always the same! Remember why you want to do it and that it will have an ending. It isn’t you stuck in that room forever! Think about where you will be the next week and that in a short time you will leave, go home to your safe space and carry on with life! Its not easy but it will pass! 😌 xx

When I see someone do this, I know that’s a rich person, but the thing is it’s gonna be so much harder to eat and I’d rather just have a bucket of popcorn and some soda and lay on the bed or sofa and just watch the movie
